A 62 yrs old female had carcinoma of the ovary since then received 3#Paclitaxel+Carboplatine  followed debulking surgery done then received more 3#Paclitaxel +Carboplatine. She was disease-free for 2 years. Recurrence of disease happened in abdomen and lungs and received 6#Gemcite+Carboplatin followed by observation and She once again presented with the progression of the disease and CA 125-76.04 so advised for liposomal doxorubicin and received 1 cycle but not tolerated well then received 12weeks#Paclitaxel+Carbo  then ct done which showed good response so started Tab Etoposide and received till Jan.2018 and CT done which showed Progression of disease and CA 125-22.92 and started Votrient and received for around 12 months. and then CT Abdomen done on showed there is minimal increase in thickness of diffuse poorly defined and subtle nodular soft tissue thickening seen at anterior pelvic, central abdominal peritoneal and CA 125-26.4 so advised  6#Gem+Carbo followed CA 125-9.2 and CT Chest +Abdomen done reduction in the size and extent of infiltrative necrotic tumor nodules so he has been started Endoxan for around 24 months and CA 125-23.7 with CT Abdomen showed Complete resolution tumor. So continued with the same treatment.
